This compote or candy dish is a pretty blue satin glass, and was made in mid-century America. We love the way this kind of glass makes this color kind of glow, and this style has sweet scalloped detailing on the edge along the top and little dots along the scallops. 

It is in good vintage condition (see images in gallery) and the only markings we see seem to have been made by pencil (see pictures). There is no stamping from maker on the bottom.
